We were asked to re-imagine the rather drab and poorly-conceived public interiors of SOHO25, a luxury condominium with a noted list of high-profile residents, with an eye toward elevating the property with exquisitely crafted warm, modern luxury and longstanding, timeless durability. New terrazzo floors, and solid walnut slatted walls will handily endure decades of move-ins, deliveries, and heavy luggage. Privacy glass doors and windows at street level are controlled by doormen to ensure that residents are afforded privacy both coming and going.
